This past week 3 of my "Staged" homes "sold." Why did these homes sell compared to others, because this 3 home had been staged. The benefits of staging sold these home. 2 of the 3 homes were staged before begin put on the market. The 3rd had been on the market for "months." We staged it and the homeowner received an offer two weeks later.

I agree! We know from experience staging works! Utah has a good strong market still, but lots of inventory so it's important to stand apart fom the competition in a positive way by staging!
